• Develop and maintain a Company opt-out data base and scrub email contact lists against the Company opt-out database before use;
• Observe state and Federal telemarketing laws;
• Require vendors to disclose any restrictions on telephone contact lists and its permitted uses, and use accordingly;
• Scrub a telephone solicitation list against Federal Do-Not-Call List and applicable state lists;
• Maintain and update in a timely manner an individual company Do-Not-Call List according to state and Federal law; and
• Scrub telephone contact lists against Company Do-Not-Call List, Federal Do-Not-Call List, and applicable state lists before using, unless an exemption applies.

The Site may contain links to other websites. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information found at any linked website. Links to or from external websites not owned or controlled by the Company do not constitute an endorsement by the Company or any of its employees of the sponsors of these sites or the products or information presented therein. Unrestricted Access

Use of Testimonials
If you submit testimonials, ratings or reviews to the Site, any personal information you include may be displayed on the Site.
