A natural leader with passion for developing winning teams, Connie will be responsible for the leadership and development of MDstaffers recruiting divisions. A seasoned industry professional with more than 30 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, she leads by example with her straight-forward, purposeful approach. Connie makes it her priority to give every candidate and client the best experience possible by offering ethical, professional, and respectful service.

She joins the team from Key Personnel Placement, established in 1988 in Sacramento, California where she staffed across a multitude of industries. Having placed more than 12,000 people into new positions over her career, she has developed a keen ability to understand clients’ needs and candidates’ career ambitions.
