Rancho Cordova, CA – Following the addition of several large clients, Sacramento-based physician staffing firm, MDstaffers, announced today that industry veteran Shane Ross joined the organization as Senior Director of Client Services. Ross will focus his efforts on improving and developing partnerships and solutions with healthcare organizations to provide customized locum tenens and permanent physician staffing solutions.

Ross has a proven track record of success with more than 15 years’ experience in the physician staffing space. Ross started his physician recruiting career at CompHealth and promoted into leadership there. He went on to become a Director of Physician Recruitment for Adventist Health, one of the largest integrated healthcare systems in the Western United States.
