MDstaffers Receives The Startup Weekly’s 2021 HR & Staffing Companies to Watch Award

Rancho Cordova, CA – April 5, 2021 – MDstaffers was recognized for the second year in a row by The Startup Weekly as one of the 2021 HR & Staffing Companies to Watch. The Startup Weekly presented the HR & Staffing Companies to Watch award to businesses that have showcased strong growth and excellence in 2020.

MDstaffers is the fastest growing physician staffing company in the United States and currently works with hundreds of healthcare organizations and tens of thousands of clinicians annually in its mission to improve healthcare throughout the country. Furthering its mission, MDstaffers also provides medical expert witness and healthcare entrepreneur support services via its MDexperts and MDadvisors divisions. In 2020, MDstaffers formalized and launched a mental health division to combat the growing mental health crisis and provide staffing support at all levels including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, counselors, and social workers.

This year’s awards attracted a record number of applications across company stages in the United States. The winners were selected by a panel of judges comprised of top executives, founders, investors, and industry experts. The companies were evaluated based on growth, strength of the product or service, impact on the industry, and commitment to customer success.

Connie Sweet, MDstaffers’ Vice President of Recruiting remarked “We are thankful for the recognition of our significant contributions in the past year. Our staff have worked tirelessly to provide clinicians to the frontlines to deal with the devastating global pandemic; and to provide safe, flexible, and varied options for our practitioners. We have adapted our operations, focus, and technology as needed to meet the shifting landscape and demands, but all the credit goes to our staff and clinicians”.

“This year’s award recipients represent the very best of entrepreneurial excellence in the United States. The judging panel was thoroughly impressed by the accomplishments of all awardees,” said Peter Justin, Managing Editor of The Startup Weekly.
