Job Description

A Home Health Nurse Practitioner is needed in Orange County, CA to join an expanding home health company. Provide personalized, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their own homes!

Details:

• Permanent, full-time position

• Expanding home health company

• Provide care off-site in patient’s homes, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities

• Effectively treat elderly patients

• EMR: Epic

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, primary care, or urgent care

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner license

• Provider will use their own car and must have car insurance

• Current BLS certification

• Active DEA registration
