With 5,634 Percent Growth, MDstaffers Ranks Top-50 on the Inc. 500, the Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S.

Rancho Cordova, CA – Sacramento-based physician recruiting firm, MDstaffers, was named as the 49th fastest growing company in the United States by Inc. magazine. MDstaffers three-year growth of more than 5,600 percent made it the 6th fastest growing health company and would have ranked it as the fastest growing human resources company had it competed in this category. This news comes nine-years after MDstaffers was founded and only four years after the firm was restructured under new leadership in 2015.

The Inc. 500, the top 10 percent of the Inc. 5000, is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses. Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 500.

Speaking of the honor, Tyler Covey, CEO of MDstaffers commented, “Our growth should be credited to two areas: our people and good business. We believe that with the former the latter comes inherently.”

MDstaffers has experienced hyper-growth over the last three years, causing the firm to relocate in 2018 for more real estate to accommodate the 150 percent growth in staff. The firm markets itself as nimble, efficient, and technology-driven. MDstaffers is making waves in the healthcare recruitment industry. As the firm continues to hire ambitious employees, they’ll continue to provide the services they know best—human resources consulting and staffing of physicians, advanced practitioners, and healthcare executives.

Remarking on strategy, the firm’s Vice President of Service Delivery, Ryan Larkin said, “Our model allows us to provide tailored solutions to each and every client, whether a small private-practice or a large, national healthcare enterprise. We take time to study the client, environment, and need and then we come up with innovative solutions to address real-world issues such as the national physician shortage crisis. When you combine that with an excellent candidate experience, placements come naturally.”

MDstaffers is one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. MDstaffers specializes in the temporary and permanent placement of physicians, advanced practitioners, and healthcare executives in hospitals and clinics nationally—with job openings and clients in all 50 states. Through its sister company, MDexperts, they also provide medical expert witness services to healthcare entities, law firms, and government entities. The organizations are headquartered in Rancho Cordova, a suburb of Sacramento, California; and serve the East Coast through their office in the D.C. Metro Area.
