Tyler leads MDstaffers’ company strategy and vision and is committed to making MDstaffers the premier physician staffing source in the nation. Tyler is a seasoned executive manager and leader with more than 20 years in the staffing, healthcare, and consulting industries. He is a former owner of a national healthcare staffing agency, which became one of the fastest growing healthcare staffing companies in the nation. Tyler has also managed or provided management and performance consulting services to hundreds of public and private entities around the nation. Tyler’s passion is in developing innovations that can help to improve efficiency and make people’s lives and work more comfortable and simple. During his career, Tyler has been frequently called upon as a speaker, trainer, board member, expert witness, and consultant. He enjoys sharing ideas with other prospective entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Ryan is responsible for leading MDstaffers’ technology strategy and managing overall IT and facilities operations and technical customer service. Ryan’s initiatives include improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology; creating business models for delivering new services; promoting online development opportunities to increase self-service capabilities; and leading strategic initiatives to transform the technology department to be flexible, adaptable and responsive to customer needs. In addition to Ryan’s technology department responsibilities, Ryan is charged with developing MDstaffers’ business development and account management strategic plan.

Connie Sweet serves as MDstaffers’ Vice President of Recruiting.  A natural leader with passion for developing winning teams, Connie is responsible for the leadership and development of MDstaffers recruiting divisions. Connie is a seasoned industry professional with more than 30 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, she leads by example with her straight-forward, purposeful approach. Connie makes it her priority to give every candidate and client the best experience possible by offering ethical, professional, and respectful service.

Connie joins the team from Key Personnel Placement, established in 1988 in Sacramento, California where she staffed across a multitude of industries. Having placed more than 12,000 people into new positions over her career, she has developed a keen ability to understand clients’ needs and candidates’ career ambitions.

Dr. Joshua Schmidt, MD

Clinical Director

Dr. Schmidt is responsible for overseeing of all aspects of physician performance, quality and clinical integration within MDstaffers. Dr. Schmidt has a diverse background, having trained in general and urologic surgery in three different states, and having his own practice currently in Salt Lake City.

Matt Corsaut

Chief Legal Officer

Matt provides regulatory oversight, guidance, and direction regarding all legal matters arising within MDstaffers. Matt was admitted to the State of California Bar in 2003. In addition to serving as Chief Legal Officer at MDstaffers, Matt owns and operates a law firm, serves as Of Counsel to various law firms throughout Northern and Southern California, and serves as Panel Counsel to one of the largest risk management and insurance services companies in California. He is also a licensed real estate broker and owner of a real estate brokerage.
